Rat TNFSF6/Fas Ligand ELISA Kit

Validation data include linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) of 94-104%, 85-105%, and 86-105% for serum; 91-97%, 82-99%, and 84-99% for EDTA plasma; and 82-97%, 81-97%, and 80-98% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery ranged from 89-104% (average 97%) in serum, 85-104% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 86-100% (average 92%) in heparin plasma.
