Rat TNF- alpha (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) CLIA Kit (RTES00017)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) kit is configured for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a Sandwich-CLIA format and is completed in approximately 3.5 hours.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.38 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.63-1000 pg/mL. A sample volume of 100 μL is required. According to the manufacturer, the kit recognizes Rat TNF-α in samples with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat TNF-α and analogues observed. Reported reproducibility shows both intra-assay and inter-assay CV below 15%.

Kit components include a pre-coated CLIA plate, reference standard, concentrated biotinylated detection antibody (100×), concentrated HRP conjugate (100×), reference standard and sample diluent, biotinylated detection antibody diluent, HRP conjugate diluent, a 25× concentrated wash buffer, substrate reagents A and B, desiccant, plate sealer and product documentation.
