Rat TNF-alpha SuperSet ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie SuperSet format bundles every reagent required to perform the immunoassay independently, including a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant TNF-alpha standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and assay/wash buffers. TNF-alpha is a 26 kDa pro-inflammatory cytokine produced chiefly by activated macrophages, and quantifying its release from rat cells or serum is a standard readout in inflammation, sepsis, arthritis, and neuroimmunology research. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for twenty full microplates, supporting large cohort studies or longitudinal sampling without re-ordering consumables. Cell culture supernatants may be applied directly, while serum samples often benefit from dilution in the supplied diluent to keep values within the working assay range.
