The Rat TNF-alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures tumor necrosis factor alpha in rat samples using a pre-coated microplate. Capture antibodies specific for rat TNF-alpha are immobilized on the plate, and bound analyte is detected with a biotinylated secondary antibody plus streptavidin-HRP, producing a colorimetric signal proportional to cytokine concentration.

Validated sample types include cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, tissue lysates, plasma, and serum, supporting inflammation research, endotoxemia models, and immunopharmacology studies in rodent systems.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, wash buffer, and substrate sufficient for 96 determinations.
