Rat TMED1 (Transmembrane Emp24 Domain Containing Protein 1) ELISA Kit (RTES00853)

The Assay Genie ELISA kit is built to quantify rat TMED1 (Transmembrane Emp24 Domain-Containing Protein 1), a member of the p24 family of cargo receptors that shuttle between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. TMED1 contributes to COPI- and COPII-mediated vesicular trafficking, participates in the quality control of newly synthesized membrane and secretory proteins, and has been linked to toll-like receptor signaling and innate immune regulation.
