Rat Tissue Polypeptide ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of tissue polypeptide (TPA) in rat samples. It is reactive with rat and is intended for cardiovascular research.

The assay uses a colorimetric sandwich ELISA with double antibody detection, offering a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity has been validated across serum (86-94%, 85-103%, 85-101%), EDTA plasma (83-99%, 84-95%, 83-100%), and heparin plasma (88-105%, 83-101%, 84-97%) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges from 87-102% in serum (average 96%), 87-105% in EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 87-97% in heparin plasma (average 93%).
