Rat Thymidine kinase, cytosolic (Tk1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of thymidine kinase, cytosolic (Tk1) in rat samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research use only. It is specific for natural and recombinant rat thymidine kinase, cytosolic (synonym Tk-1) and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics quoted by the manufacturer include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL.
