Rat TGF- beta2 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2) CLIA Kit (RTES00568)

Assay Genie's CLIA ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat TGF-beta2 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a Sandwich CLIA principle, with a pre-coated plate specific to Rat TGF-beta2. Standards or samples are combined with the specific antibody, after which a biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each well. Following incubation and washing, substrate solution is added and the Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, with the concentration of Rat TGF-beta2 calculated by comparing the RLU value of samples to the standard curve.

Key performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL and a detection range of 7.81-500 pg/mL. The kit recognizes Rat TGF-beta2 in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat TGF-beta2 and analogues observed. The product is intended for research use only.
