Rat TDGF1/Teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1 ELISA Kit

Recovery in serum averaged 96% (range 88-103%), in EDTA plasma averaged 94% (range 88-99%), and in heparin plasma averaged 95% (range 86-103%). Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with serum ranging 80-104%, EDTA plasma 82-103%, and heparin plasma 82-104%. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
