Rat TCN2/Transcobalamin-2 ELISA Kit

Brief protocol: equilibrate TMB substrate, add 50 µL of standard or sample plus 50 µL of biotin-labelled antibody per well, incubate at 37°C for 45 minutes, wash five times, develop with TMB in the dark at 37°C for 10–20 minutes, stop the reaction, and read absorbance at 450 nm. Linearity across 1:2–1:8 dilutions falls between 80% and 103% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean recoveries of 96–98% across these matrices.
