Rat TCA-3/CCL1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables measurement of TCA-3/CCL1 levels in rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, delivering a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL.

TCA-3/CCL1 is a chemokine protein involved in immune response modulation and cell migration, and serves as a biomarker of interest in studies of inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, and cancer progression. The procedure uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with TMB substrate developed in the dark for 10–20 minutes and absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported linearity for serum spans 86–104% at a 1:2 dilution, with EDTA plasma at 85–101% and heparin plasma at 82–100%. Recovery averages are 94% for serum, 99% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma.

Supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealers, and a technical manual.
