Rat TARC/CC17 ELISA Kit

Measure rat thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC/CCL17) in serum or plasma samples with this 96-assay immunoassay panel from Assay Genie. CCL17 is an inflammatory chemokine commonly tracked in allergic airway disease, atopic dermatitis, and Th2-polarized immune response studies, making the kit useful for pulmonary research, dermatology models, and cytokine profiling in rodent workups.

The kit provides pre-coated plate strips, ready-to-use standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop reagent sufficient for one 96-well plate. Reconstituted reagents are stored at 2-8°C and used within the stability window printed on the lot certificate. Working concentrations are calibrated against recombinant rat CCL17, and intra-assay precision is typically held below 10% CV across replicates.
