Rat T-cell surface glycoprotein CD8 alpha chain (Cd8a) ELISA Kit

CD8A is a critical component of T-cell function, playing a key role in immune responses and the regulation of immune system activity. It identifies cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells that interact with MHC class I bearing targets, and dysregulation of CD8A has been linked to autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer. The kit recognises natural and recombinant rat CD8A and is intended for research use only within the immunology field.

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
