Rat Succinate Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate measurement of succinate dehydrogenase levels in rat samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Succinate dehydrogenase is an enzyme of the citric acid cycle and electron transport chain, playing a role in cellular respiration and energy production.
