Rat Stem Cell Factor (SCF) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat Stem Cell Factor (SCF) ELISA Kit is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring SCF (also known as KITLG or steel factor) in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The kit delivers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of less than 9.4 pg/mL, using a 50 uL sample volume per well. Standard curves, biotinylated detection antibody, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution are included for in vitro research use. Components should be refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
