Rat SP-1 ELISA Kit

The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding, TMB color development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
