Rat SLC25A4/Adenine Nucleotide Translocase 1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, double-antibody Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the accurate detection of SLC25A4 (Adenine Nucleotide Translocase 1) in rat samples, with validated use on serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is supplied for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

SLC25A4 is a critical mitochondrial protein involved in the transport of ATP and ADP across the inner mitochondrial membrane, and its dysfunction has been implicated in metabolic disorders, including cardiac diseases and mitochondrial dysfunction-related conditions. Validated linearity (n=5) is 85-105% (1:2), 85-103% (1:4), and 87-105% (1:8) for serum; 84-99%, 83-101%, and 82-100% for EDTA plasma; and 87-100%, 83-100%, and 83-98% for heparin plasma. Mean recovery values are 96% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma), and 96% (heparin plasma).
