Rat Sjogren Syndrome Antigen B (SSB) ELISA Kit

Targeting the nuclear La autoantigen, the Assay Genie Rat SSB ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Sjogren Syndrome Antigen B in rat-derived experimental samples. The kit supports autoimmune research programmes modelling Sjögren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, and related connective tissue disorders, where circulating autoantibody titres and tissue antigen levels are evaluated across animal cohorts.

Built around a colorimetric readout and supplied in a 96 assays format, the assay accommodates tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants from rat models, supporting both in vivo and in vitro experimental workflows. Signal acquisition uses standard microplate readers, and all required assay buffers, plates, and detection reagents are provided.
