Rat Serine/threonine-protein kinase STK11/LKB1 ELISA Kit

Quality control data supplied with the kit includes linearity and recovery values. Linearity in serum (n=5) was 86-99%, 82-101% and 86-99% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively; EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 86-105%, 82-99% and 81-100%; and heparin plasma (n=5) gave 85-105%, 89-101% and 80-98%. Recovery averaged 99% for serum (range 95-105%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 86-103%) and 92% for heparin plasma (range 87-99%). Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The protocol involves reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
