Rat Serine protease inhibitor A3N (Serpina3n) ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Serine protease inhibitor A3N (Serpina3n) in rat samples. The assay detects natural and recombinant SERPINA3N and is reactive with rat, using a colorimetric detection method.

The assay covers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reported precision is an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 99–109% to 98–108% across 1:2–1:16 dilutions, with EDTA plasma from 101–111% to 108–118% and heparin plasma from 110–120% to 95–105%. Recovery averages 93% in serum (range 87–99%) and 95% in plasma (range 89–101%). Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
