Rat SEMA7A/Semaphorin-7A ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit is designed for the quantitative determination of SEMA7A (Semaphorin 7A) in rat samples. SEMA7A is a cell signaling and guidance protein implicated in axon guidance, immune response modulation, and tissue regeneration, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions, making it a useful biomarker for research into disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313-20 ng/mL, and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Assay performance has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions fell between 80% and 105% across these sample types, and recovery was 85-101% for serum (average 92%), 85-97% for EDTA plasma (average 91%), and 88-102% for heparin plasma (average 95%).
