The Assay Genie rat SCUBE1 immunoassay is a quantitative enzyme-linked kit designed to measure Signal Peptide, CUB and EGF-like Domain-containing Protein 1 in rat-derived research samples. SCUBE1 is a secreted and cell-surface glycoprotein expressed on vascular endothelial cells and megakaryocytes, where it contributes to platelet adhesion, thrombus formation, and angiogenic signaling. Investigators working in vascular biology, thrombotic disorder research, ischemic event studies, and tumor microenvironment analysis rely on quantitative SCUBE1 measurements to track disease-associated changes in cellular and circulating pools.

The kit is supplied in a complete microplate format containing 96 assays and is validated for research use only. Each run includes pre-coated wells, detection reagents, and a standard panel for generating a calibration curve for absolute concentration determination. The optical density-based readout is compatible with standard microplate readers, and the protocol supports batch processing of multiple samples with minimal hands-on time, making it practical for longitudinal and cohort-scale studies.

For reliable performance, allow all kit components and samples to equilibrate to room temperature before use, and protect reconstituted standards from repeated freeze-thaw cycles by storing single-use aliquots. Shelf-life stability is maintained when the unopened kit is kept refrigerated until first use, and the assay workflow is documented in the included manual to support reproducible results across operators and instruments.
