Rat sCD80 ELISA Kit

It is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a quantitative range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. SCD80, also known as Stem Cell Differentiation 80, CD80, B7-1, or T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80, is a key protein involved in stem cell differentiation and tissue regeneration, with relevance to regenerative medicine research.

The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity spans 80–105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with average recovery values of 95% (serum), 98% (EDTA plasma), and 99% (heparin plasma). The workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.
