Rat Salusin Beta ELISA kit

The competitive ELISA from Assay Genie is calibrated to quantify endogenous rat salusin-ß, a vasoactive peptide derived from preprosalusin (encoded by the TOR2A gene) that has been studied in blood pressure regulation, vascular inflammation, and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal signaling. The microplate is pre-coated with capture antibody and the colorimetric readout is measured on a standard plate reader. Each kit provides reagents for 96 assays with incubations performed at room temperature. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be stored frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity through the kit's shelf life. The assay is rat-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related vasoactive peptides under standard conditions.
