Rat S100B (S100 Calcium Binding Protein B) CLIA Kit (RTES00505)

A chemiluminescence-based immunoassay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of S100 Calcium Binding Protein B (S100B) in rat samples. The kit uses a sandwich-CLIA format with an assay time of 3 h 30 min and is validated for use with serum, plasma and other biological fluids, requiring a sample volume of 100 μL.

Reported sensitivity is 9.38 pg/mL with a detection range of 15.63-1000 pg/mL and a recovery of 80%-120%. The kit specifically recognizes rat S100B, and no significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat S100B and analogues was observed. Storage conditions are 2-8°C/-20°C.
