RTEL1 (Regulator of telomere elongation helicase 1) is an essential ATP-dependent DNA helicase critical for telomere length regulation, DNA replication fidelity, and the response to replication stress. Quantitative detection of RTEL1 protein in biological samples from rodent models enables researchers to investigate telomere maintenance mechanisms, shelterin complex interactions, and disease associations including dyskeratosis congenita and Hoyeraal-Hreidersson syndrome.
