Rat Ribonuclease T2 (RNASET2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie RNASET2 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of Ribonuclease T2, a lysosomal single-chain glycoprotein belonging to the Rh/T2/S glycosyltransferase family. RNASET2 contributes to extracellular RNA clearance, innate immune defense, and stress-responsive angiogenesis, and altered expression has been documented in tumor microenvironments and leukoencephalopathy research.

The kit is reactive with human, mouse, and rat RNASET2 and accommodates tissue homogenates and cell lysate preparations, supporting studies in neurobiology, oncology, and reproductive biology where RNASET2 regulation is investigated. Unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated; once reconstituted, standards and detection antibody aliquots may be frozen for extended stability.

Each microplate kit contains pre-coated wells, detection antibody vials, lyophilized standard, and substrate reagents sufficient for 96 determinations.
