Rat RF-IgM (Rheumatoid Factor IgM) ELISA Kit (RTFI01410)

An indirect ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative determination of RF-IgM (Rheumatoid Factor IgM) in rat samples. The assay uses a biotin-labelled antibody format and is validated for use with serum and plasma, including EDTA and heparin plasma, with sample preparation guidance also provided for cell culture supernatants and tissue lysates.

Reported sensitivity is <2.813IU/ml across a measurement range of 4.688–300IU/ml. Spike-and-recovery testing gave average recoveries of 95% (range 88–105%) in serum, 93% (85–100%) in EDTA plasma and 94% (86–97%) in heparin plasma. Linearity upon serial dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) was demonstrated within 80–105% across serum, EDTA plasma and UFH plasma samples. Intra-assay precision is CV <8% and inter-assay precision CV <10%. Kit components are stored at 4°C for 6 months and the product is for research use only.
