Rat RF-IgG (Rheumatoid Factor IgG) ELISA Kit (RTFI01409)

RF-IgG is an autoantibody directed against the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, commonly quantified in rat models of rheumatoid arthritis and adjuvant-induced polyarthritis to track disease progression and therapeutic response. This indirect biotin-based ELISA from Assay Genie employs a streptavidin-HRP readout to deliver quantitative measurement of rheumatoid factor IgG in rat serum and plasma specimens. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution, sufficient for a full plate of unknowns and calibration points. The protocol uses a 50 uL sample volume per well, with absorbance recorded on a standard plate reader after substrate development.
