Rat Relaxin 3 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of relaxin-3 in rat samples, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. It is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with components stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Validation data show linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (87–105%), EDTA plasma (82–99%), and heparin plasma (80–100%). Spiking recovery ranges from 89–105% with average values of 99% in serum, 99% in EDTA plasma, and 94% in heparin plasma.
