Rat RAP1A ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to detect RAP1A protein in rat samples, supporting research in areas such as neuroscience. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, yielding ranges of 92–105%, 90–104% and 95–102% for serum; 87–99%, 86–90% and 82–100% for EDTA plasma; and 81–100%, 90–98% and 82–98% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 96% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 93% for heparin plasma. The procedure employs a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
