Rat RANTES/CCL5 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1694)

CCL5 (also called RANTES) is a pro-inflammatory C-C chemokine that orchestrates leukocyte recruitment in rodent models of inflammation, transplant rejection, and infectious disease. The Assay Genie immunoassay quantitatively measures native rat CCL5 released into cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum specimens, with a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and sensitivity near 5 pg/mL. Reagents are supplied for 96 determinations and include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Unused strip wells should remain sealed with desiccant and refrigerated until the printed expiration date, while working dilutions are prepared fresh.
