Rat Ptgds/Prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rat Ptgds/Prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase ELISA Kit is a sandwich (double antibody) colorimetric assay designed for the quantitative measurement of Ptgds (Prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase) in rat samples. The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin binding, with a TMB substrate that produces a blue product turning yellow upon addition of stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months, and the kit includes a Bradford Reagent for optional total protein quantification to support sample normalization.

Validated linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 (n = 5). The kit is intended for research use only.
