Rat PTEN ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of PTEN in rat samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is read colorimetrically at 450 nm using a double-antibody format. The assay accepts serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, supporting research into PTEN's role as a tumor-suppressor gene and its links to cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic syndromes.
