The two-antibody ELISA configuration relies on antibodies raised against phospho-epitopes on rat tau, supporting work in rodent Alzheimer's-type pathology, traumatic brain injury sequelae, and aged cohort studies.

Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate and supports a 100 uL sample volume per well, with reagents shipped refrigerated at 4 degrees C and an expiry printed on the outer label; reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw loss.
