Rat Proteinase 3 (PR3) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies Proteinase 3 (PR3), a neutrophil-derived serine protease, in rat specimens for use in inflammatory, autoimmune, and vascular research. PR3 is a well-characterized autoantigen in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated disease and serves as a biomarker of neutrophil degranulation in rodent models of vasculitis, sepsis, and tissue injury.

The kit contains pre-coated microplate wells, calibration standards, detection antibody, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations. A colorimetric readout is captured on a standard microplate reader, and the workflow follows conventional ELISA best practice for research use only. Specimens accepted include serum-derived, plasma-derived, and tissue-derived fractions.
