Rat Protein O-mannosyl-transferase 1 (Pomt1) ELISA Kit

Pomt1 transfers mannosyl residues to the hydroxyl group of serine or threonine residues and is localised to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein. The enzyme participates in O-mannosylation, and dysregulation of Pomt1 has been linked to diseases including muscular dystrophy and developmental disorders.
