Rat Protein kinase C gamma type (Prkcg) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of rat protein kinase C gamma type, this sandwich ELISA is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay shows reactivity against rat Prkcg, also known by the synonyms PKC-gamma, Pkcc, Pkcg and Prkcc, and detects both natural and recombinant forms of the target protein (UniProt P63319). The product is supplied for research use only.

Colorimetric readout is supported over a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay precision is 4.6% CV and inter-assay precision is 7.6% CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery has been assessed at 100% (range 94–106%) for serum and 102% (range 96–108%) for plasma. Kit components are stored at –20 °C or 4 °C as indicated on the product.
