Rat Protease Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2) ELISA Kit

PAR2 (Protease Activated Receptor 2, also called F2RL1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that mediates protease-triggered signaling in inflammation, nociception, vascular permeability, and gastrointestinal motility. The Assay Genie ELISA Kit provides a quantitative microplate assay for measuring rat PAR2 protein levels in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and clarified supernatant samples derived from rat specimens.

This 96-assay kit uses a chromogenic readout on a standard plate reader, with each kit shipping with a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, and substrate sufficient for the indicated number of determinations.
