Rat Progonadoliberin-1 (Gnrh1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the sensitive and accurate detection of progonadoliberin-1 (GnRH1) levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is supplied by Assay Genie. GnRH1, also known as progonadoliberin-1, is a hormone that plays a key role in the regulation of reproductive functions in rats, stimulating the release of gonadotropins, which are essential for the development and function of the reproductive system. Dysregulation of GnRH1 levels has been implicated in fertility disorders and hormonal imbalances in rats.

The assay uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method. It delivers a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.86pg/mL, with reported intra-assay CV of 5.2% and inter-assay CV of 10.8%. Linear dilution performance is documented for serum (1:2 104-114%, 1:4 108-119%, 1:8 103-113%, 1:16 105-115%), EDTA plasma (1:2 108-117%, 1:4 110-120%, 1:8 87-96%, 1:16 92-104%) and heparin plasma (1:2 102-111%, 1:4 103-115%, 1:8 96-105%, 1:16 98-109%). Recovery averaged 106% (range 100-112%) in serum and 108% (range 102-114%) in plasma.

Validated for use with rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the kit is specific for natural and recombinant rat progonadoliberin-1.
