The Assay Genie Rat Protein C (PROC) ELISA provides quantitative measurement of PROC in rat-derived samples using an immunoassay format. Protein C is a vitamin K-dependent plasma zymogen central to anticoagulant regulation; once activated by the thrombin-thrombomodulin complex, it cleaves Factors Va and VIIIa, limiting further thrombin generation.
