Progranulin (PGRN) is a 593 amino acid secreted glycoprotein studied in models of inflammation, wound repair, neurodegeneration, and tumor biology. Rat progranulin quantification supports research into arthritis, neuroinflammation, metabolic syndrome, and acute kidney injury, where circulating PGRN levels serve as a biomarker of disease activity and therapeutic response.

This colorimetric microplate immunoassay from Assay Genie arrives as a complete kit with a pre-coated plate, capture and detection antibodies, recombinant rat PGRN standards, substrate solution, stop reagent, and wash buffer concentrate.
