Rat PPP3R1/Calcineurin B ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of PPP3R1 (Calcineurin B) in rat samples, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody detection format and has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Assay performance has been characterised by linearity and recovery testing. Linearity (n=5 per matrix) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 93–104%, 91–101% and 91–98% for serum; 96–105%, 91–101% and 92–100% for EDTA plasma; and 89–101%, 85–99% and 91–98% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranged from 88–98% (average 93%) in serum, 86–98% (average 92%) in EDTA plasma, and 87–95% (average 92%) in heparin plasma. The workflow includes reagent and plate preparation, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes at 37°C, TMB colour development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
