Rat PPIA/Cyclophilin A ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Cyclophilin A (PPIA) in rat samples. The Assay Genie kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, producing a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. It is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay demonstrates a sensitivity of 2.813 ng/mL and a working range of 4.688–300 ng/mL, and includes validated Bradford Reagent to enable total protein quantification for accurate sample normalization. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C as outlined in the technical manual, and the kit is intended for research use only.
