Rat Positive Cofactor 4/PC4 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Positive Cofactor 4 (PC4) in rat samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples (UniProt P20695; Gene ID 29596).

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) is 85-105% at 1:2, 86-97% at 1:4, and 86-102% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma 83-99%, 88-98%, 82-96%; in heparin plasma 82-100%, 86-99%, 81-93%. Recovery averages 95% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma, and 94% in heparin plasma. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
