Rat POLA2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of POLA2 in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout.

The kit has a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reported recovery averages 94% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma, while linearity in serum across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 89-97%, 82-91% and 84-100% respectively.

The protocol includes equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards and samples for a 90-minute incubation at 37°C, adding biotinylated detection antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C, binding HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes, developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
