Rat Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 2 (PAI2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PAI2 immunoassay targets SerpinB2, a ~47 kDa serine protease inhibitor that regulates urokinase (uPA) and tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) activity in fibrinolysis and inflammation pathways. The kit is configured for in vitro quantification in rat plasma, with reagents calibrated to rat SerpinB2 and no significant cross-reactivity with the related PAI-1 (SerpinE1) paralog. Applications include reproductive biology, macrophage and trophoblast signaling studies, and tumor-invasion research in rat disease models. The assay is supplied as a ready-to-use microplate with pre-coated capture antibody, detection reagent, and lyophilized standards.
