Rat PLA2G2A/MOM1/Phospholipase A2, membrane associated ELISA Kit

The protocol involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Unopened components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
