Rat PKC delta/Protein Kinase C Delta ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of PKC Delta (Protein Kinase C Delta) in rat samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with the kit stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and an assay range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. Linearity across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is given as 90-99%, 91-98% and 82-97% for serum (n = 5); 88-100%, 82-101% and 80-94% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 95-104%, 85-96% and 85-95% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery averages are 96% across serum (88-104%), EDTA plasma (89-105%) and heparin plasma (88-104%).

The procedure comprises reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
