Rat PKB (Protein Kinase B) ELISA Kit (RTES00674)

Quantitative measurement of Protein Kinase B (PKB/Akt) in rat research specimens is supported by Assay Genie's colorimetric ELISA-based microplate kit. Configured to run 96 individual assays per plate, the product supports studies of insulin signaling, metabolic regulation, oncology, and neuroscience where rodent PI3K/Akt pathway activity is of interest.

The kit is species-specific to rat, providing compatibility with serum-type samples, plasma-type samples, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates derived from rat sources. This selectivity helps reduce background interference in preclinical rodent studies. Researchers commonly use the kit to evaluate total and treatment-responsive PKB expression following pharmacologic intervention, gene knockout or knockdown experiments, or disease-state comparisons.
